Leafy vegetables - Adult vegetables

This electric centrifuge was created for low-capacity industrial use. Robust, with manual loading and unloading, it can dry a wide range of food products, even the most delicate, being able to adjust the speed and drying time. Also available in laboratory version for precise measurements of extracted water.

These systems continuously remove water from the surface of fresh fruits and vegetables, limiting the mechanical stresses of the product. They are often used upstream of the drying tunnel and are offered in different solutions based on the customer’s needs.

This solution allows to mix in a regular and homogeneous way any mixture of fresh or frozen vegetables, and pieces of fish, meat, chicken, shrimp, rice, used in the preparation of ready meals.

It is often necessary to control the weight of the product in the process line, as for example in the feeding of drying centrifuges or in the preparation of mixed salads. The belt is available in continuous or “batch” versions (weighing with the belt stopped).

It’s the solution that precisely creates the mystique by using weighing hoppers for each ingredient. The recipes are easily managed from the control panel. It can be configured with great flexibility to meet every need.
